By accessing and using HIRALL ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including customers, developers, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

HIRALL is a Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform providing:

  • PostgreSQL database with multi-tenant schema isolation
  • Object storage with CDN delivery
  • User authentication and session management
  • Edge Functions for serverless compute
  • RESTful API access to all services
  • Dashboard for project management

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Engage in cryptocurrency mining
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Data and Privacy

Your Data: You retain all rights to your data stored in HIRALL. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Multi-Tenant Isolation: Each project operates in an isolated database schema. Your data cannot be accessed by other users.

Backups: We perform automated backups, but you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

6. Service Availability and Support

Uptime: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

Rate Limits: API requests are subject to rate limits based on your plan tier. Excessive usage may result in throttling.

Support: Support levels vary by plan. Free tier users receive community support, while paid plans include email and priority support.

7. Pricing and Payments

Billing: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Usage-Based Fees: Certain features (storage, bandwidth, functions) may incur additional charges based on usage.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Payment Failures: If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your account after reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related technologies are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. HIRALL and its logos are trademarks of our company.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

9. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard. Data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are not liable for any loss resulting from termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HIRALL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
